One-stop electrical testing services
Electrical test refers to test of radio frequency, OTA&SAR, user interface, camera module, baseband circuit and power management and thermal and other related parameters test of product according to relevant technical standards and specifications, so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the product.
The lab is equipped with R&S RF conformance test system, ETS - Lindgren8600 PLUS microwave anechoic chamber test system and a series of industry top test instruments and meters, which can provide one-stop electrical testing services for consumer electronic products  such as mobile phones, laptops, smart home and other products.

The RF laboratory is equipped with advanced R&S TS8980pre-3, Agilent GS8800,R&S TS8955GW and other RF conformance testing systems, as well as R&S CMW500 RF universal tester, FSQ26 spectrum analyzer, GSS6700 navigation tester, SMBV RF universal tester and other high-end professional testing instruments. Based on the independent developed test software, it provides service of R&D RF performance pre-certification test, manufacturing automatic test and CE/FCC/CTA certification test, witch conform to standards below:

OTA Lab is equipped with one set of industrial advanced ETS - Lindgren8600 Plus microwave anechoic chamber test system and head/hand model (CTIA 3.7 regulations), covering electronic products with all type of systems including GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/WIFI/LTE/LTE CA/GPS. This system can fully meet the CTIA specification and the requirements of 3GPP/Vodafone, and complete the TRP/TIS/Radiation Pattern/Gain antenna in free space with human head/hand model 3D performance parameters of the certification test.

Antenna SAR LAB

SAR lab is equipped with test system SPEAG DASY52 SAR imported from Switzerland, covering absorption rate test of each type electronic products, like mobile terminals, data CARDS, and wireless router. Completely conform to SAR standards such as FCC, CE and CTA, It is fast, accurate, safe and efficient. It is also the most widely used and widely recognized SAR test system in the world's top laboratories. The system test range is up to 6 GHZ frequency, can effectively meet the product pre-certification test.


HAC(Hearing Aids Compatibility) mainly refer to compatibility tests for wireless communication products with Hearing Aids or heart aid, meeting the ANSI C63.19-2011 test standard.

Hearing Aids Compatibility HAC &T-COIL

HAC(Hearing Aids Compatibility),test electromagnetic interference of cell phone to Hearing Aids, in order to prevent the Hearing Aids downgrade in the electromagnetic environment of wireless devices.


Referred test standard: ANSI C63.19-2011

There are two parts to test the interference signal of wireless communication equipment to hearing aid
1.The radio frequency RF-HAC:

2. The audio T-Coil :

The laboratory is equipped with two professional optical test darkrooms, and has high-end professional test equipment in the industry, including KONICA MINOLTA color analyzer CA-P410, KONICA MINOLTA colorimeter CS-200 and other advanced LCD optical test equipment, as well as resolution /Grayscale/white balance/distortion test card, GretagMacbeth standard light source and color light box SPL III, color temperature illuminance meter CL-200 and other professional Camera test equipment. At the same time, the laboratory is also equipped with LeCroy serial data analyzer SDA11000, Tektronix 7104 digital oscilloscope and other electrical test equipment.

LCD optical test
Mainly include brightness, contrast, color coordinates, white point coordinates, Gamma curve, NTSC, and LCD subjective test items
Camera test
Mainly include resolution, image brightness uniformity, grayscale, color reproduction, white balance,signal-to-noise ratio, distortion, field of view, flash brightness uniformity, low-illuminance color reproduction, low-illuminance signal-to-noise ratio, and Camera main tourism test
Electrical test
Mainly include LCD anti-interference, LCD electrical interface performance, LED driver, Camera electrical performance and frame rate testing

The laboratory has 1G oscilloscope DPO7104, 2.5G oscilloscope DPO7254, 13G oscilloscope DSA91304A, 25G oscilloscope DSAV254A, signal generator Agilent33250A, frequency meter Agilent53131A, network analyzer E5071C (support TDR test), WEISS thermostat and other high-precision professional test instruments, Cooperate with automated test programs developed independently based on programming languages such as Labview and VEE.

Test whether the impedance of the PCB board meets the design requirements.

EM and Thermal laboratory
The laboratory has high-precision professional test instruments such as R&S CMW500 wideband radio communication tester, FLIR A40 thermal imaging camera, WEISS thermostat, Agilent 34970A data acquisition instrument, and automatic test programs that developed independently based on programming languages such as Python and VEE.
Mainly provide the following testing services for electronic products:
Power management chip function and performance test.
Mainly test the power Key parameters such as charging efficiency, voltage ripple, voltage range and voltage stability. The test results need to meet Power management chip spec and product design requirements.
Thermal test
Test the surface temperature rise of the product and the key components temperature on the PCB when the product is in various high-power application scenarios. The maximum temperature or ΔT must meet the corporate standard, product design requirements and component spec.
Power consumption test
Test the current when the product is in various modes (such as standby, call, upload download, video, MP3 and other applications). The average current, bottom current, and maximum current must meet product design requirements.
Charge & discharge test
Under room temperature, high temperature, and low temperature environment, monitor the charging voltage, charging current, charging time and other parameters of the product during the complete charging process. The test results must meet the product design requirements, without interruption in the charging process, and the discharge capacity with 0.2C is not less than 95% of the rated capacity.
